Mrs Mandy Brown
Customer Relationship Manager
Mandy joined the team in late 2016, assuming the role of Customer Relationship Manager, a role which sees her engaging with our patients and referrers on a daily basis.
Mandy has many years of experience working in the Education and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries. She is passionate about ensuring the service we deliver is unique and of the highest quality at all times – from booking an appointment, through to the procedure itself and then report delivery.
In addition to providing day to day assistance to our referrers, Mandy also co-ordinates our education sessions. These sessions connect local Medical and Allied Health practitioners with our team of Specialists, to discuss some of the latest advances in imaging techniques and technology
Mr Richard Beaumont
Richard joined our team in early 2016 assuming the role of Chief Radiographer at Sovereign Radiology, a role which sees him being responsible for delivery of exceptional patient care and technical excellence at our clinic.
Graduating from his radiography studies in Melbourne in 1986, Richard now has over 30 years experience working in medical imaging with extensive skills in Multi slice CT, General Xray, DEXA and OPG. After spending many years working in clinics throughout the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Richard embarked on a working holiday in 2008 travelling around Australia before deciding to call Ballarat home in 2009
Mrs Nicole Powell
Nicole is a Ballarat local who has worked in administrative roles in the health setting for the past 8 years. After spending many years working in clinics in Melbourne, Nicole joined our team prior to the clinic opening and has a strong interest in ensuring that every patient and referring doctor has a positive experience when dealing with Sovereign Radiology.
